What you need to know.
All orders placed are processed before 12:30pm Monday-Friday and will be dispatched that day (pending payment authorization, verification, and order confirmation). A preliminary confirmation email will be sent to you, followed by a second email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track your order after being dispatched. If ordered after 12.30pm it will be sent the following business day. After 12:30pm Friday your parcel will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as we have completed your order we will send you a Delivery Confirmation email, enabling you to track your parcel with ease.
Orders Within Australia are sent via Australia Post. Standard Postage takes between 3-7 working days for delivery, while express post items are delivered within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch.
International orders are sent with Australia Post and transit time is generally between 5-19 working days, depending upon the destination and customs processing. Spent Clothing will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
